We back all our products 100%! If you would like to return your purchase, in factory sealed condition, return it for a refund (less S&H). Return period is 14 days from date of purchase with a return authorization number. Only unopened product can be accepted for refund.
60 Day Repair or Replacement for any Quik Pod purchased directly from this website if there is a manufacturing defect. Please note that all other warranty claims will be referred to the respective party if the purchase is not made directly from our site. When you purchase from our site directly you are assured that you have the newest version from our production line and that we have your purchase history on record to validate your warranty.
At Fromm Works Inc. we stand behind our handheld monopods and they are guaranteed against all manufacturing defects.
If your Quik Pod malfunctions, please send your item and all of the parts to us for repair or replacement via USPS 1st Class Mail or Canada Post 1st Class Mail. (Please be advised that postal equipment tears an ordinary envelope and unprotected items are lost).
Upon receipt, your Quik Pod product will be thoroughly inspected by our Quality Control Department to determine the cause of the malfunction and your repair or replacement will ship via standard shipping to any U.S. or Canadian address within three weeks at no cost to you. (During the holiday season from Thanksgiving through the New Year, this time period may be extended to four weeks from date of receipt).
We cannot be responsible for an item that is lost or damaged due to inadequate packaging and recommend that you insure your shipment in case of loss in transit.
To return your item, please follow the instructions below:
1. Securely package the item in a small box
2. Include your Order Number, Name, Mailing Address, Telephone Number and Email Address (if you don’t have an order number from us, please tell us where you got your Quik Pod)
