Refund / Cancellation Policy
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning a product. Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer and the original cost to ship your order is not refundable. Secure packaging is required for returns, tracking is highly recommended for your protection. If the goods are not received to our warehouse a refund can not be issued.
All U.S. Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail with signature required. If customer fails to sign for package when delivered and it is returned to our warehouse the policy is as follows.
The order can be reshipped provided the customer pays for shipping and handling. Alternatively, if a refund is then requested the refund will not include the shipping and handling charge.
You can cancel an order anytime during Checkout by clicking "Cancel." You can also cancel an order after you've completed it, provided that we have not already finished processing the order for shipment.* Click Your Account at the top of any page. Sign in using your email address and password. Go to "Purchase History," then "View Order Details." Click "Cancel" next to the order you wish to cancel.
If you need to change an existing order, you can either cancel the order and place a new one, or you can place a new order for the items that you did not include in the first order.
*We will do our best to act on your request to cancel orders after you have placed them. However, we fill orders quickly and may have processed your order for shipping. If we are unable to cancel your order before it has been processed, be assured that you can return any unwanted items to us after you receive them. You will have the option of returning the items to us by mail.
